Shutterfly Capture the Smile Photo Contest and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Shutterfly Capture the Smile Photo Contest and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on June 3, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on September 3, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit (contest): Each entrant may submit one (1) Entry into the Contest per day during the Submission Phase.

Limit (sweepstakes): Each participant may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per day during the Promotion Period. / Each participant may gain one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Voting Phase through this method. / Each participant may receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period through the Tell A Friend Program.

TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES:  Sony Cyber-shot® DSC-W170 digital camera, a 9″ digital photo frame, and a 20-page Shutterfly 8×8 photo book (does not include leather-bound photo books or licensed character photo books).  ARV: $579.97.

Sweepstakes:
FIVE (5) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Sony Cyber-shot® DSC-W170 digital camera, a red carrying case, and a 20-page Shutterfly 8×8 photo book (does not include leather-bound photo books or licensed character photo books).  ARV: $369.97.
