Share a Smile Sweepstakes and Instant Win

Eligibility : Share a Smile Sweepstakes and Instant Win (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on November 10, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on February 9, 2009 at 2:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry total during the Promotion Period.  In addition, you can receive a limit of one (1) Instant Win Game play per day after completing one of the following four activities: telling a friend about the gadget, sending an eCard, sharing a slideshow or clicking on a “No Thanks” button.  Each participant may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, you may receive up to three (3) additional opportunities to play the Instant Win Game per day through Tell A Friend Program.

Make and model laptop computer, digital video camera and digital photo camera are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $6,000.

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Spa gift card.  ARV: $100.
TWENTY (20) SECOND PRIZES: $50 movie gift card.  ARV: $50. 
FORTY (40) THIRD PRIZES: $25 photo gift card.  ARV: $25. 
ONE HUNDRED (100) FOURTH PRIZES: $15 music gift card.  ARV: $15.
