Eligibility : SchoolJam USA Battle of the Bands Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The SchoolJam USA Battle of the Bands Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game begins on October 23, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase for logging-in or completing a registration and may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase to receive one (1) additional entry.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A prize package consisting of: a 16GB iPod Touch®, JBL on-stage loudspeaker dock, a universal iPod dock, an iPod car charger, an iPod case, and a $200 iTunes gift card. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $750. FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: A flip camera. ARV: $150.

Instant Win Game Prizes: TWO HUNDRED (200) THIRD PRIZES: $10 iTunes gift card. ARV: $10.
