Eligibility : Unless otherwise exempted herein, the Newegg TV-a-Day Extreme Giveaway Sweepstakes is open only to legalresidents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are of thelegal age of majority in the state, district, province or territory in which they reside, orolder, at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island, New York andFlorida.

Promotion Period : The Newegg TV-a-Day Extreme Giveaway Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2009 at 12:01 a.m., Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on March 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m., PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : To enter, visit www.newegg.com or www.newegg.ca (collectively, the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form with the required information (“Entry”) and submit the completed Entry as directed

Limit : Each person eligible to enter the Newegg TV-a-Day Extreme Giveaway Sweepstakes may submit only one (1) Entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

a. There shall be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) consisting of the following

$299.00 total)
• two (2) Polk Audio TSi500 black compact tower speakers, SKU# 82-290-103 (ARV
USD $798.00 total)
• one (1) ONKYO TXNR906B 7.1 black receiver, SKU# 82-120-120 (ARV USD $1,399)
• AB26000 HDTV all-in-one cable/surge kit – two units (ARV USD $29.99 per unit)
• AM23005-25 16 AWG 25 foot speaker wire with pins – three units (ARV USD $19.99
per unit)
• AV23002-50 18AWG 50 foot speaker wire with pins – two units (ARV USD $24.99 per

The Grand Prize has an approximate total retail value of  USD $8,015.89/CAD $9,987.80

b. There shall be thirty-one (31) daily prizes (each a “Daily Prize”), and each
Daily Prize shall consist of the following items:
• one (1) Samsung 52 inch plasma TV, SKU#89-102-204 (approximate retail value
USD $2,099.99);
• one (1) Rosewill TV mount, SKU#82-021-109 (approximate retail value USD
$99.99); and
• one (1) Belkin cable (approximate retail value USD $29.99).
Daily Prize has an approximate total retail value of USD $2,229.97/CAD $2,778.54.
