Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on November 24, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2008.

Limit :  Only one entry per person and per e-mail address will be accepted.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize package consisting of a Nokia E71 phone and $500 in cash.  Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $965.40.

First Prize (4): First Prize Winners will each receive a Nokia E71 phone.  Approximate retail value of the First prize is $465.40 each
