Levi’s Ultimate Football Party Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older or the legal age of majority in their state of residence as of date of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Levi’s Ultimate Football Party Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 4, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 15, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person/envelope/email address per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): An ultimate game-day party at winner’s home (or another location mutually-agreed upon by Sponsor and winner if winner’s home cannot accommodate party) with a Sponsor-selected football personality (based on availability). Prize also includes a Sponsor-specified 52” flat screen TV, $200 JCPenney gift card for winner, and a $50 JCPenney gift card for each of the winner’s guests (up to 15 guests permitted). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,525.00.
