Eligibility : The Intel Core Moment Sweepstakes II (“Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by Intel Corporation (“Sponsor”) and Administered by CMD and is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Intel Core Moment Sweepstakes II begins March 15, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends April 15, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : One (1) entry per e-mail and/or IP Address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize — One (1) Lenovo IdeaPad Y550P laptop powered by the Intel® Core™ i7 technology including one (1) Lenovo IdeaCentre D400 digital home server and one (1) $200 Amazon.com gift card.  Approximate Retail Value of prize: $1,998.99.

First Prizes — One (1) Lenovo IdeaPad Y550P laptop powered by the Intel® Core™ i7 technology, ten (10) total. Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $1,199.99.00.

Second Prizes — One (1) Lenovo IdeaCentre D400 digital home server, ten (10) total.  Approximate Retail Value of each prize:  $599.00.

Third Prizes — One (1) $200 Amazon.com gift card, fifty (50) total.  Approximate Retail Value of each prize:  $200.00.
