Eligibility : Hell’s Kitchen iPod touch Game Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D. C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and not a minor in his/her state of residence, and who have internet access as of February 4, 2009. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted and outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C.

Promotion Period : Hell’s Kitchen iPod touch Game Sweepstakes begins at 11:59pm Pacific Time (”PT”) on February 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59pm PT on May 14, 2009.

How To Enter :  Enter at fox.com/hellskitchen by linking to the registration page and entering all necessary information, including your full name, age, e-mail address and phone number with area code. Only online entry is permitted.

Limit : Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address.

Prize (s):

Four (4) Grand-prize packages, each consisting of one (1) iPod Touch® 8GB Portable music player, one (1) Hell’s Kitchen game iPod Touch application code and one (1) Hell’s Kitchen branded hat. The approximate retail value (”ARV”) of each Grand Prize package is $250.

Twenty-eight (28) Secondary-prize packages consisting of one (1) Hell’s Kitchen game iPod Touch application code and either one (1) Hell’s Kitchen branded hat or one (1) Hell’s Kitchen branded BBQ apron . The approximate retail value (”ARV”) of each Secondary Prize Package is $21.00.
