How It Works

Three (3) Ways To Enter

• Playing a Cash Game: Visit cashgames.gsn.com to complete a play of any cash game on the Website during the Promotion Period.  You will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Daily Sweepstakes for every dollar played in cash games during the Promotion Period.
• Purchasing Tokens:  Each time you purchase tokens at www.gsn.com during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Daily Sweepstakes for each dollar included in the purchase (e.g., if you purchase a $2 worth of Tokens on the Website, you will receive two (2) entries into the applicable Daily Sweepstakes).
• Without Making a Purchase:  To enter without playing a cash game or purchasing Tokens, hand print in ink on a letter-size sheet of paper, the name of the Promotion, your full name,username, complete home address and zip code, home telephone number and area code, month and year of birth.  Mail your completed entry form and entry in a first-class stamped business-size envelope to: GSN Digital, 2150 Colorado Avenue, Suite 100, Santa Monica, California 90404, ATTN: Business and Legal Affairs.  All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the applicable Daily Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope.

Timing

Entries must be completed and submitted between 12:01 a.m. ET on September 23, 2014 and 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2014 to be eligible.

Eligibility

Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Grand Prizes

There are three (3) different Grand Prizes available during the Promotion:

• (i) up to ten (10) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Apple iPad Air 16 GB, with an ARV of $432;
• (ii) up to thirty five (35) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Apple iPad Mini Retina 16GB, with an ARV of $250;
• (iii) up to fifty five (55) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Nexus 7, with an ARV of $215.
