Eligibility : Fred Claus Match & Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Fred Claus Match & Win Game begins on November 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 gift card that can be used toward the purchase of a home entertainment center (terms and conditions of gift card apply). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
TEN (10) FIRST PRIZES: Portable DVD Player. ARV: $100. The ARV of this prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.
FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: Warner Bros. Fred Claus DVD. ARV: $20.
