Eligibility : The Comcast Thank You Times 3 Sweepstakes is open to (i) legal residents of the Continental United States who reside in a Comcast serviceable area (to verify serviceability contact 1-800-COMCAST), (ii) who are at least 18 years of age.

Promotion Period : The Comcast Thank You Times 3 Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2010 at 12:01:01 a.m. EST and ends on June 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit comcast.com/rewards and follow the instructions.

Limit : Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Panasonic Plasma TV Model# TC-P42X1, one (1) Panasonic Cordless Telephone Model #KX-TG9332T and one (1) Panasonic Laptop Model #CF-W8. The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a monthly cable credit (“credit”), for up to twelve (12) months provided that the winner’s residence is in a Comcast wired and serviceable area (to verify serviceability contact 1-800-COMCAST). Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $6,000.

Winners : For the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped (residents of Vermont need not include return postage) envelope to: Comcast Thank You Times 3 Sweepstakes Winners List” P.O. Box 3894 Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163. Requests must be received no later than August 13, 2010.

Hate calling your 800 number-get people that can’t speak English. We live in the USA-get a call center in the USA only.

I agree with Ann!!!! I spent a weekend without cable because every time I called for help they couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them! Finally, on Monday, I got someone who spoke English. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Don’t hire people for phone service if they can’t speak and understand ENGLISH! Give them a job, BUT NOT ON THE PHONE!!!!!!!

I am a long time Comcast subscriber. I don’t have issues very often but when I do I spend a long time waiting on the phone. I get someone in another country on the phone that seems as if they only know five or six sentences in English.

Americans are suffering without employment right now. The country is in a mess. I realize it is cheaper to employ people in other countries. But, Americans use Comcast services. I think Comcast should give back to America by employing more Americans. Comcast customers would be more satisfied with the customer service and it would help put America back on it’s feet.

I am looking forward to the day that I call customer service and someone who understands my problem can help me in an expeditious manner.

I too am a long time comcast subsciber, to be completely honest with you I cant stand comcast. For instance I make a payment to comcast over the phone they gave a confirmation # seems to be all good and the next day my cable/phone/internet was turned off. I call my bank and low and behold comcast has already taken my money. WTF. So I proceed to call comcast and ask whats going on. They tell me they have to check to see if they received my payment , well I tell them the confirmation # and there reply was can you get me a bank record showing that the money was taken by comcast( for real). This whole time might I add took over 4 days,still no cable ,internet , phone or even an apology. Finally day 9 (yep day # 9) they admit they had received payment , did they apologise, hell no ,any compensation again hell no , but hey you know what they did for me they gave me HBO for five dollars, Yep they gave me HBO for 4 days for five dollars, when I called back they said that was a mistake. we should of charged you fifteen. so on my next bill they did. I have one last thing to say too you comcast , F@#K you !!!! take your triple play and shove it in you ass.

I tried to download the free ondemand coupon. When I tried to print it, the printer jammed. When I tried to re-enter to submit again, the offer was gone. What can I do to receive the coupon?

I agree with all of the customers complaining @ your service reps. I have also had problems with calling the 800 # & reaching someone who barely speaks English. It is really difficult to communicate with them. Please switch to Americans!

I agree with everyone else that has complained @ reaching customers service reps that barely speak English. This makes it very difficult to communicate-please switch over to an American call center & make it easier to do business w/ you guys. We do pay our comcast bill every month w/ American currency!

I don’t have any problems so far on the call center people, they speak english fluently and for those who criticize the call center people, I ‘m sorry for you guys they will not hire people if they don’t know the language ! and besides it is already a form of “discrimination “!
