Eligibility : The Charter Win Big Sweepstakes is open only to Charter Communication customers, as of July 23, 2009 who are legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Charter Win Big Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins on July 24, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 14, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

(a) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of the following: (i) one (1) fifty two (52) inch Sony BRAVIA LCD HD Television; (ii) one (1) Blu-Ray Disc™ home theater system and (iii) two thousand one hundred dollars ($2,100.00). The approximate retail value (”ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4999.99.

(b) First Prize: One (1) First Prize is available. The First Prize consists of one (1) forty (40) inch Sony BRAVIA V Series LCD HD Television. The ARV of the First Prize is $1,499.99.

(c) Second Prize: Twenty five (25) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) GSN/Imagination DVD Game, to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of each Second Prize is $25.00.
