Charter HDTV a Day Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Charter HDTV a Day Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, who live in a Charter Communications serviceable area (excluding NY) and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Charter HDTV a Day Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. CT on April 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on April 30, 2009.

How To Enter : You will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes by purchasing and having installed any one of Charter Communications’ products, i.e., High-Speed, Digital Video or Telephone.
You may also enter the Sweepstakes by hand printing the words, Charter Communications, “HDTV a Day Sweepstakes”, your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, age and e-mail address (if applicable) on a 3” by 5” card and mailing it in an envelope to Charter Communications. “HDTV a Day Sweepstakes” c/o Corporate Marketing-Online, 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, MO 63131.

Limit : Regardless of entry method only one entry per household.

Prize (s):

There will be thirty (30) First Prizes awarded, one First Prize Winner every day for thirty (30) days.
The First Prize consists solely of a Samsung 22” HDTV Monitor.
The approximate total retail value of the Prize is $499.00.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded.
The Grand Prize consists solely of a Sony Bravia 52” LCD-1080p HDTV, Sony Home Theatre System and one year of Charter Digital Cable® and HD Service.
The approximate total value of the Grand Prize is $3,097.98.

Winners :  For an Official Winners List (available after May 22, 2009) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Charter Communications, “HDTV a Day Sweepstakes”- WINNERS – or – OFFICIAL RULES (please specify), c/o Corporate Marketing-Online, 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, MO 63131.
