Eligibility : The 2009 Win With Loacker Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry. All entrants under 18 or who are considered minors in their state of residence must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : 2009 Win With Loacker Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on March 31, 2010 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How To Enter : Visit www.win-with-loacker.com (the “Website”) and follow the instructions provided to play the Game

Limit : You may return to the Website as often as desired, play the Game and enter up to nine (9) additional game plays in one day (12:00 am ET to 11:59 pm ET)

Prize (s):

There are 4 types of prizes available in the Sweepstakes:

a. an iPod Touch (16 GB) player – (15 (fifteen) will be available with an ARV of $300 each);

b. a set of a trolley bag and a backpack with the “Loacker” name – (two-hundred-fifty (250) sets will be available with an ARV of $19.50 each);

c. a set of a Loacker bag with 8 (eight) Loacker mugs (one-thousand (1000) sets will be available with an ARV of $11.70 each); AND

d. a set of a Loacker-marked USB stick, a Loacker-marked mouse pad and a Loacker-marked baseball cap (two-thousand (2000) sets will be available with an ARV of $8.78 each).

Winners : The list of winners shall be available on the Website after April 15, 2010 for approximately 3-4 months thereafter.
