We Ski & Snowboard Sweepstakes

Eligibility : SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF ENTRY DATE. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Promotion Period : The We Ski & Snowboard Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) which begins at 12:01 AM (Pacific time) on Monday, February 9, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM (Pacific time) on Thursday, June 18, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the We Ski & Snowboard Sweepstakes, visit the Official We Ski & Snowboard website by logging on to www.WeSnowSports.com (the “Entry Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete the entry form by just entering your first and last names, email address, date of birth and state of residency and clicking the “Submit” button to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit :  Limited to one entry per person, per email, per week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: one (1) possible winner will be selected from all eligible entrants to receive a Nintendo Wii video game system (estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is two-hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($299.99). There will be a total of one (1) possible grand prize winner throughout the contest.

Weekly First Place Prize: one (1) possible winner will be selected each week from all entrants to receive a copy of the We Ski & Snowboard video game (ERV of each first place price is thirty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($39.99)). There will be a total of sixteen (16) possible first place winners throughout the contest.

Weekly Second Place Prize: seven (7) possible winners will be selected from all entrants to each week to receive a We Ski & Snowboard branded ski hat (ERV nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($9.99). There will be a total of one hundred and twelve (112) possible winners throughout the contest.

Winners :

For the list of prize winners, available after July 31, 2009, or a copy of these official rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “NAMCO BANDAI Games America We Ski & Snowboard Sweepstakes”, 4555 Great America Parkway, Suite 201, Santa Clara, CA 95054 before June 26, 2009. Please specify Official Winners’ List or Official Rules. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
