Eligibility : All legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 13 years and older as of time of entry, are eligible to enter the Game

Promotion Period : Ubisoft Just Dance Instant Win Game (“Game”) starts 11/4/09 at 3:00 P.M., ET and ends 1/31/10 at 11:59:59 P.M, ET (“Game Period”).

How To Enter : Visit justdancegame.us.ubi.com (the “Website”) and register by completing all of the requested information

Limit : Regardless of the email address used, a person may only play the Game (sometimes referred to as “Game Play”) once each day throughout the Game Period

Prize (s):

A maximum of One Thousand Eight (1,008) Prizes, as described below, are available to be won throughout the Game Period:
Grand Prize (3): Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a Nintendo® Wii™ gaming system and prize pack consisting of one (1) Wii Mote, one (1) Just Dance™ Video Game, a disco ball, a strobe light, and a smoke machine (ARV: $376 each Grand Prize).
First Prize (5): Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) pair of gold dance pants. (ARV: $59.99).
Second Prize (1,000): One Thousand (1,000) Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Just Dance headband. (ARV: $2.65).
