Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time (”PT”) on October 14, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 17, 2008, (”Promotion Period”).
