Eligibility : Band Hero Join the Band Mosaic Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry, minors must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to enter, and have internet access.

Promotion Period : The Band Hero Join the Band Mosaic Sweepstakes (hereafter, the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time on July 21, 2009 and ends at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time on November 6, 2009 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

WEEKLY PRIZE WINNER: Fifteen (15) weekly winners will be randomly drawn from the list of eligible entries received. The weekly winners will each receive: one (1) Band Hero Band Kit (includes game software, drum controller, microphone, and guitar controller) for one of the following platforms of winners choice: Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, or Nintendo Wii, one (1) Band Hero game bundle for the Nintendo DS Lite (includes standalone game software, guitar grip, and drum skin), and the opportunity to have your photograph and band name featured and highlighted on the Site. Approximate total retail value: $249.98.
