Eligibility : The Toshiba Dog Ate My Homework Sweepstakes is sponsored by Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (”Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of the United States, except Florida and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and, if entering online, logging onto the Internet from the United States.

Promotion Period : The Toshiba Dog Ate My Homework Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. PT on August 7, 2009, and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 6, 2009 (”Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, go to toshibasweepstakes.com and enter your email to be automatically entered into the Dog Ate My Homework Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize including one Toshiba Portégé laptop, one Linksys Router, one Toshiba USB Mini Mouse, one Toshiba 1GB Flash drive, one Kensington Saddlebag Sport Backpack, one Logitech cordless laser mouse, one Canon PIXMA all-in-one printer, one Kensington portable laptop cable lock, one Computrace LoJack 4-year coverage package, and one Symantec Norton Internet Security Retail Pack will be awarded to the sweepstakes winner. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $2,000.

(2) Two First Prize packages including one Satellite® laptop and accompanying accessories will also be awarded. Approximate ARV of the first prize packages is $1,000.

(7) Seven consolation prize packages including one Satellite laptop and accompanying accessories will be awarded. Approximate ARV is $400-$600.

Winners : The Sweepstakes winner list will be available on or about November 6, 2009. You may request a winner list by mailing a self-addressed and stamped envelope accompanied with a signed request to “DOG ATE MY HOMEWORK” Winner List, c/o Toshiba America Information Systems. Inc, Building 1, A115h, 9740 Irvine Blvd., Irvine, CA 92618. All requests must be received by October 6, 2009. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage.
