Medal Madness Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Medal Madness Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area, as determined by the Sponsor, and are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Medal Madness Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Charter Communications Operating, LLC (the “Sponsor”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 11, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 27, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Go to http://games.charter.com/index.php?q=medal_madness and follow the instructions.

Limit : You may submit guesses with respect to as many Event Days as you would like, but each guess must be submitted separately and there is a limit of one guess per Event Day per entrant.

Prize (s):

Sixteen (16) prizes will be awarded if properly claimed. Each prize consists of an HP Mini 1101 FM 906UT Netbook computer.  The approximate retail value of each prize is $299.99.

Winners : For the names of the winners, available after March 5, 2010, or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Charter Communications, “Flash Games” Sweepstakes, c/o Marketing Department, 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, MO 63131. Please indicate “Winners List” or “Official Rules” on mailing envelope. Vermont residents may omit return postage on Official Rules requests.
