Eligibility : Sweepstakes game open only to legal United States residents residing within the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico age 18 and over throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Void where prohibited by law, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Rhode Island, and U.S. military installations located in a foreign country.

Promotion Period : Dillards.com Take an Apple Back to School Sweepstakes game period begins 12:00:00 a.m. CDT on 7/05/08 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on 10/29/08 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will each be awarded one (1) Apple Computer MacBook Air basic configuration or equivalent. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $1,799.
