Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years old or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Beginning August 26, 2009 at 12:01 AM (ET) through September 8, 2009 at 11:59 PM (ET)

How To Enter : Go to http://www.ugo.com/therush/wolverine-sweeps/, and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions.

Limit : Limit (1) one entry per household for UGO’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine Sweepstakes (referred to as the “Promotion”).

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize winner shall receive one (1) replica Wolverine claw and storage case having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,000.00.

Each First Prize Winner shall receive one (1) Blu Ray copy of the movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine having an ARV of $40.00.
