The Vans Custom Culture Contest is open only to legal residents of United States of America, 13 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes begins on September 5, 2019 and ends on December 12, 2019. You may enter as often as you like. The grand prize consists of a $20,000 cash prize award and a $5,000 cash payment for assignment by Grand Prize winner.
