Wall of Fame Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Wall of Fame Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is, as of the beginning of the Promotion Period, a legal resident of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least fourteen (14) years old.

Promotion Period : The Wall of Fame Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 16, 2009 and ends at 4:59:59 p.m. PT on August 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Each eligible person who submits a photograph of himself or herself to appear on the Wall of Fame (“Photograph”) during the Promotion Period at www.generationfame.com (the “Website”) will receive an entry in this Promotion.

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) winner per Drawing (8) will receive, subject to verification, one (1) “Fame”-themed gift bag, consisting of the following (“Prize”):
· One (1) LG Rumor2 mobile phone (Approximate retail value “ARV”: $249.99);
· One (1) $50 Johnny Rockets gift card;
· One (1) $100 Puma gift card;
· One (1) $100 Sephora gift card;
· One (1) Fame t-shirt (ARV: $25);
· One (1) Fame scarf (ARV: $12);
· One (1) Kodak Fame messenger bag (ARV: $25); and
· One (1) Fame button (ARV: $5).
ARV of each Prize package: $567.

Winners : To find out the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “MGM Studios, Attn: Wall of Fame Sweepstakes Winner’s Name, 10250 Constellation Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90067.” Winner’s name requests must be received no later than three (3) months following the end of the Promotion Period.
