Eligibility : The The Vampire’s Assistant Screening Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open and offered only to legal residents of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age and older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The The Vampire’s Assistant Screening Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 22, 2009 and entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on October 12, 2009 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person for this Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a private screening of “Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant,” (“Screening”) to be held at a theater in or near the winner’s local market at a location, date and time determined by Sponsor. The screening will be introduced by one of the film’s stars, determined by Sponsor and subject to cast member’s availability. The winner may invite up to two hundred (200) guests to the Screening. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $1,500.00.

One (1) First Prize Winner will be selected from among eligible entries received from each participating website stated above and will receive a $100 Visa gift card, The Vampire’s Assistant and Other Tales from the Cirque du Freak book, Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant soundtrack and a Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant T-Shirt and Backpack. Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize: $180.00.

Requests received after December 31, 2009 will not be honored.
