Promotion Period : The Sara Lee Soft & Smooth Bring Home the Magic Promotion begins at 12:00 AM PT on November 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on March 31, 2010 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter : During the Entry Period, go online to TheJoyOfEating.com (the “Web Site”) and follow onscreen instructions to enter the Entry Code and gain access to the Promotion Web Site.

Limit : Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day for each verified Entry Code entered.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a $3,000.00 check, a viewing party of Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie DVD sponsored and paid for by Sponsor in Grand Prize winner’s hometown at location to be determined by Sponsor with celebrity visits from Jake T. Austin* and David Henrie* (the “Viewing Party”), one (1) Panasonic® VIERA 46” Plasma HDTV and Home Theater System, one (1) DVD of Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie and an opportunity to accompany Jake T. Austin* and David Henrie* to a food bank located near the Grand Prize winner’s hometown area to deliver bread donation. ARV of the Grand Prize: $12,000.

Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Panasonic® VIERA 32” LCD HDTV. No substitutions (including without limitation cash redemption) or transfers of First Prize by winner permitted. ARV of each First Prize: $850.

Twenty-Five Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) DVD of Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie, No substitutions (including without limitation cash redemption) or transfers of Second Prize by winner permitted. ARV of each Second Prize: $29.99.

Two hundred and fifty (250) Runner-up Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Wizards of Waverly Place 11-piece school supply set. No substitutions (including without limitation cash redemption) or transfers of Runner-up Prize by winner permitted. ARV of each Runner-up Prize: $8.
