Eligibility : The Radio Disney Hannah Montana Summer Listening Party Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (”Territory”).

Promotion Period : Radio Disney Hannah Montana Summer Listening Party Sweepstakes is commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., July 18, 2009, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., July 23, 2009 (”Term”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six hundred (600) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (”Winner”) will receive a Hannah Montana Season 3 CD listening party (”Party”) in his/her hometown co-hosted by Moises Arias (”Disney Channel Talent”) for the Winner and up to forty-nine (49) friends (”Guests”) at a Sponsor selected location near the Winner’s residence. The Grand Prize includes: [1] one (1) Party for the Winner and up to forty-nine (49) Guests in the Winner’s hometown including snacks and refreshments; [2] the opportunity to meet the Disney Channel Talent and a Radio Disney DJ during the party; and [3) one (1) copy of the Hannah Montana Season 3 CD (”CD”) for the Winner. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize package: $3,500.
