MTV Summer Sweepstakes Rewarder

Eligibility : The Summer Sweepstakes Rewarder is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry

Promotion Period : Summer Sweepstakes Rewarder (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on Wednesdays and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on Wednesdays (the “Weekly Sweepstakes Period”) commencing June 3, 2009 and ending August 26, 2009 (the “Promotional Period”).

How To Enter :Visit www.mtv.com/movies/summer-movies, a website owned and controlled by MTVN (the “Website’), at any time during the Promotional Period click the “Enter Sweepstakes” button and follow the instructions to enter each Sweepstakes.

Limit : One entry per week

Prize (s):

Grand Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize for each Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) of the following which shall be selected by MTVN in its sole discretion:
a “Love the Fandango” gift card with candy,
a Ticketmaster gift card with small gift,
or a summer movie DVD prize pack (each, a “Grand Prize” and, collectively, the “Grand Prizes”).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $100.00 and the total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $1,200.00.
