Eligibility : The Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Prop Sweepstakes is (1) open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older; (2) void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law; and (3) subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Promotion Period : Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Prop Sweepstakes begins at 06:00:01 p.m. PST on July 13, 2009, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 10, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
