Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the eligible forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia, who are of majority age in their State of legal residency and at least eighteen (18) years of age (19 years old if a resident of AL or NE; 21 years old if a resident MS) as of the time of entry and who have internet access. Void in NY, FL, all U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico) and overseas military installations and where prohibited.

Promotion Period :  The 2014 Continental Tire Sweepstakes Celebrating Need For Speed (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize, two (2) First Prizes, five (5) second Prizes, and ten (10) Third Prizes are available in this Sweepstakes.

The Grand Prize consists of: (i) fifty (50) movie tickets to a private screening of Need for Speed tentatively scheduled between April 1, 2014 and April 30, 2014 (subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion), at a theater located near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) (the “Screening”) and (ii) up to fifty (50) vouchers (one [1] for each ticket holder) for up to twenty dollars ($20.00) worth of concessions valid at the theater during the Screening (the “Vouchers”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,000.00 USD

Each First Prize consists of: (i) one (1) gaming console; and (iii) one Electronic Arts “Need for Speed: Rivals” video game. The ARV of each First Prize is $460 and the ARV of all First Prizes is $920.

Each Second Prize consists of: one (1) set of four General Brand tires. The ARV of each Second Prize is $1,500 per set of four, depending on selection and the ARV of all Second Prizes is $7,500.

Each Third Prize consists of: (i) two (2) passes to see “Need For Speed” at participating theaters; and (ii) one (1) theater concession gift card for $25. The ARV of each Third Prize is $50 and the ARV of all Third Prizes is $500.
