Promotion Period : Contest begins on July 12, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 8, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE: a check payable to the winner in the amount of $1,000, $200 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards*, a Flip video camera (model #U2120B), a Zaxby’s Fanatic Plaque, and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $1,450.

ONE (1) THIRD PRIZE: a check payable to the winner in the amount of $500, $100 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards*, a Flip video camera (model #U2120B), a Zaxby’s Fanatic Plaque, and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $850.

SEVENTEEN (17) RUNNER UP PRIZES: $50 in pre-paid Zaxby’s gift cards* and a Zaxby’s Fanatic t-shirt (size to be determined by the Sponsor).  ARV: $75.
