Xbox One Wireless Controller Design Contest

Eligibility : You are a legal resident of one of the following countries: the 50 United States and District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, UK or Ireland and you are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Starts at 00:00:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on November 22, 2013 (16:00:00 PST on November 21, 2013), and ends at 23:59:59p.m. GMT (15:59:00 PST) on January 27, 2014 (“Contest Period”)

Limit : Limit three (3) unique Entries (as determined in the judges’ sole discretion) per person and email address.

Prize (s) :

(1) Grand Prize: A Prize Package consisting of the following items:
–  $1,000.00 paid in the form of a Visa gift card, American Express gift card, or equivalent at the Sponsor’s discretion.
–  The opportunity to have Sponsor evaluate use of the winner’s design for production of a limited edition Xbox One Wireless Controller (to be available for retail purchase). If Sponsor decides to produce the winning design on a limited edition Xbox One Wireless Controller, Sponsor will enter into a separate license agreement with the Grand Prize winner. In addition, Microsoft may also choose to produce a limited edition Xbox One Wireless Controller using another Entry in addition to or instead of the Grand Prize winner’s Entry. Microsoft is not obligated to produce a limited edition Xbox One Wireless Controller based on the Grand Prize winner’s Entry or any other Entry received in this Contest.
–  Five (5) Xbox One Wireless Controllers Approximate Retail Value, each: $60

(1) People’s Choice Prize: $750.00 paid in the form of a Visa gift card, American Express gift card, or equivalent at the Sponsor’s discretion.

(9) First Prize: $500.00 paid in the form of a Visa gift card, American Express gift card, or equivalent at the Sponsor’s discretion.

(1) Best use of Fresh Paint Category Prize: A prize package consisting of the following items:
–  A $150 gift certificate from CanvasPop.com
–  A Sensu digital Artist Brush & Stylus, ARV $40.
