Eligibility : Consists of a skill based competition in which prospective entrants who are permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S.A and D.C., 18 years of age or older as of January 5, 2011, in possession of either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number (the “Contestants”), demonstrate their skill in expressing themselves in photo/video and, if selected a winner, who successfully pass a background check
Promotion Period : Begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 5, 2011, and ends at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on January 18, 2011

Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000.00 (in the form of a check made out to Grand Prize winner) and a trip to Los Angeles, CA for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, consisting of: round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence in the 50 states of the U.S.A. or D.C. to Los Angeles; hotel accommodations in a suite for four (4) nights (double occupancy) at Sheraton Universal; ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles and Hotel, to/from the dress shopping/fitting, and to/from the Sony Studio Lot; and the opportunity to appear on Wheel of Fortune; one (1) Dress (evening women’s wear) and Dress Fitting; one (1) Wheel of Fortune Prize Pack consisting of select Wheel of Fortune merchandise which may include a Pen, Flashlight Key ring, Grocery Tote, Playing Cards, Aluminum Water Bottle, Pat and Vanna Talking Key Chains, Shirt, Baseball Cap, Fleece Set (consisting of hat, scarf and gloves), Sheldon Bobblehead, Bathrobe and Ladies Wristwatch (actual Prize Pack merchandise items awarded subject to availability and at Sponsor’s sole discretion); and $1000 spending money awarded in the form of a check made out to Grand Prize winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $15,776.00.
Four (4) Finalists Prizes: All Finalists not advancing to Grand Prize status will receive $1,000.00 (in the form of a check made out to the Prize winner) and one (1) Wheel of Fortune Prize Pack consisting of select Wheel of Fortune merchandise which may include a Pen, Flashlight Key ring, Grocery Tote, Playing Cards, Aluminum Water Bottle, Pat and Vanna Talking Key Chains, Shirt, Baseball Cap, Fleece Set (consisting of hat, scarf and gloves), and Sheldon Bobblehead, (actual Prize Pack merchandise items awarded subject to availability and at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Total ARV of each Finalist Prize: $1,116.00.
