Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Individuals employed as a Culinary Professional are not eligible to enter or win this contest. Culinary professional is defined as an individual who’s primary source of income is derived from their work in the food service industry as a cook or chef.

Promotion Period : Contest begins at 9:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 7, 2010 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EDT on August 4, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of $10,000 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner and a 3 day/2 night trip to attend the Ocean Spray Bog Event VIP Party in New York City. Actual dates of travel at sole discretion of Sponsors, and is subject to change but is planned between October 18 and 20, 2010. Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates designated by Sponsors or Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Trip consists of coach class round-trip air transportation for winner and guest from an airport near the winner’s residence to New York, NY, 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), and $150 per day stipend. Winner and Winner’s guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Approximate Retail Value of trip (ARV): $3,000. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $13,000.

Runners Up Prize: Three Runners Up prizes will be awarded. The Runners Up prize consists of $500 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.
