The Weight Watchers Yogurt Eat Wise Get Organized Sweepstakes

Eligibility : To enter the Weight Watchers® Yogurt “Eat Wise Get Organized” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or D.C., except Florida, New York and Rhode Island, and must also be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, outside the continental U.S., and where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Timing : Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2008 and ends July 30, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Enter as often as you like, but limit one entry per outer mailing envelope.

Prize (s):
One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a check in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), which may be used for a home kitchen makeover. To the extent that the Grand Prize winner does not intend to use the proceeds for a home kitchen makeover, the winner shall be entitled to use the funds for whatever purposes such winner wishes. Actual Retail Value (ARV) for the Grand Prize is $25,000.

Ten (10) First Prize (“First Prize”) winners will be selected for each participating Retail Chain. First Prize winners will receive a gift card in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100), which may be used to purchase groceries at the participating Retail Chain named on their entry. Gift cards may not be used to buy lottery tickets/games, alcohol, tobacco products or gift cards, and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the gift cards which may include additional exclusions. Actual Retail Value (ARV) for each First Prize is $100.
