Eligibility : The Promotion (including the Video Contest, Voting Sweepstakes and Sales Center Sweepstakes) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of Promotion registration.
Promotion Period : The overall Promotion begins June 1, 2010 and ends August 31, 2010

Prize (s):
Video Contest Prize: One (1) Video Contest Winner will receive the monetary equivalent of a “year’s worth of mortgage payments” awarded as a check for eighteen thousand dollars, ($18,000), Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), $18,000.
Voting Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 10, 2010 to receive the monetary equivalent of a “year’s worth of mortgage payments” awarded as a check for eighteen thousand dollars, ($18,000), ARV $18,000.
Sales Center Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 10, 2010 to receive the monetary equivalent of a “year’s worth of mortgage payments” awarded as a check for eighteen thousand dollars, ($18,000), ARV $18,000.
