Target Give & Get Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  THE TARGET GIVE & GET SWEEPSTAKES (“SWEEPSTAKES”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER IN THE STATE OF MAINE) AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.

Promotion Period : The Target Give & Get Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on 11/29/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on 12/5/09 (“Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Visit Target.com (“Website”) and click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner, or text link(s) and follow the online instructions to register for the Target Give & Get Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the entire Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 (awarded in the form of a $9,000 check and a $1,000 Target GiftCard). Additionally, Target Corporation will directly make a $10,000 donation (“Donation”) to the Grand Prize winner´s choice of a public, private or charter educational institution, Kindergarten through Grade 12 with a verified tax status as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or considered government instrumentalities that are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions from individuals under Section 170(c)1 of the Internal Revenue Code (the School). The School is subject to Sponsor’s approval. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not select an eligible School, Target Corporation reserves the right to make a donation to a School of its choice. Actual Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize $10,000. The Donation is not tax deductible by the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will not be responsible for taxes associated with the Donation, but will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with the $10,000 Prize. The Donation will be made in the form of a check made payable to the selected School.

ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FIVE (1,505) DAILY PRIZES (215 each day for 7 days):$25 Target GiftCard. Actual Retail Value (ARV) $25/each.

Winners : For the names of the winners, write your name and complete address on a 3″x5″ card and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to: Target Give & Get Sweepstakes Winners List, PO Box 15125, Dept. H636562, White Bear Lake, MN 55115-0125 for receipt by 12/31/09.
