Eligibility : The Take a Cowboy Home Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.), and Canada who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The Take a Cowboy Home Sweepstakes begins on December 4, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 5, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Each participant may enter the Grand Prize Drawing (through this Creative Presentation), enter the Sweepstakes, and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Prize Drawing will be awarded. The exact prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. The Grand Prize for a potential winner who entered through this Creative Presentation is $10,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000 USD.

Sweepstakes: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: A two (2) night stay at Paris Las Vegas for the winner and his/her guest and a $250 meal voucher. Specifically, the First Prize includes: two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for winner and guest at Paris Las Vegas and a $250 meal voucher. Winner must complete stay by December 5, 2010. ARV: $850 USD.

Instant Win Game: NINETY-TWO (92) INSTANT PRIZES AVAILABLE TO BE WON: (a) forty (40) Linda Leal Miller autographed books, ARV: $7.99 USD each; (b) fifty-two (52) t-shirts (size, style, and color determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), ARV: $10.00 USD each; each, an “Instant Win Game Prize”.
