Subway Refresh Your Life Contest

Eligibility : The Subway Refresh Your Life Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least forty five (45) years old at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Subway Refresh Your Life Contest begins on June 2, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on September 15, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit fittoboom.msnbc.msn.com and follow the links and instructions submit one (1) essay (500 words or fewer) that explains what you are passionate about doing in the next chapter of your life and why, along with one (1) photo of yourself (the “Submission”). After submitting your Submission, complete the online registration form, including a valid email address, phone number and valid home mailing address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Submit the completed registration to receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

Limit : You may submit one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A prize package including (a) a sum of $20,000 that winner can use to go after his/her dream; (b) an additional sum of $8,400 that winner can use to pay a portion of the taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use; and (c) a session with a life coach of Sponsor’s choice. Approximate Retail Value: $33,900.
