Star Wars Clone Wars Scholarship Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Promotion Period :  The Star Wars Clone Wars Scholarship Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (”EDT”) on 7/31/08 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (”EST”) on 12/31/08.

Limit :  LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER MONTHLY DRAWING ENTRY PERIOD. NON-WINNING ENTRIES FROM PREVIOUS MONTHLY DRAWING ENTRY PERIODS WILL NOT BE ROLLED OVER INTO SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY RANDOM DRAWING ENTRY PERIODS.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: An award of $25,000 to be used towards the college education of a child under the age of 18 designated by the winner. The award will come in two parts: a) $7,500 in cash to be used toward any tax liability, wire transfer fees, or account creation fees incurred as a result of the Grand Prize; and b) a direct deposit of $17,500 into a 529 college savings account established by the winner for the benefit of a child under the age of 18 designated by the winner.
