Sleep Inn & Little Monk Discover the Details Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of August 14, 2009.

Promotion Period : The Sleep Inn & Little Monk Discover the Details Sweepstakes (”Promotion”) will begin on August 14, 2009, at 12:00:01 A.M. ET and end on October 8, 2009 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (”Promotion Period”). All times in the Promotion refer to Eastern Time (”ET”).

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day.

Prize (s):

Daily Prizes: There will be a total of fifty six (56) daily prizes (each a “Daily Prize”) awarded, each consisting of the following: one (1) Monk Bobble Head, and one (1) Choice Hotels International® gift bag (contents of gift bag to be determined by Sponsors and subject to change at Sponsors’ sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of each Daily Prize is fifty dollars ($50).

First Prizes: There will be three (3) first prizes (each a “First Prize”) awarded, each consisting of the following: one (1) Monk Bobble Head; one (1) two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) Choice Hotels gift card redeemable at participating Choice hotels; one (1) Sleep Inn® branded spa bathrobe; one (1) pair of Sleep Inn branded slippers; one (1) Sleep Inn toiletry kit; one (1) comfort travel set (ear plugs, eye mask and inflatable velour pouch); one (1) Sleep Inn tote bag; one (1) iPod Shuffle - second generation; and five hundred dollars ($500) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to each First Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). ARV of each First Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (”Grand Prize”), awarded consisting of the following: one (1) Monk Bobble Head, and a cash award in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The ARV of the Grand Prize is twenty five thousand twenty dollars ($25,020).

Winners : For the names of the winners, available after November 2, 2009, or for an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by January 4, 2010 to: Sleep Inn & Little Monk Discover the Details Sweepstakes “RULES” or “WINNERS LIST” (specify which), P.O.
