Rent.com New American Dream Contest

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older and who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia at time of entry (“Eligible Participant”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on February 14, 2011 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on May 31, 2011

Limit : There is a limit of one Entry per person during the Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) year’s worth of rent (up to $10,000). Grand Prize winner must provide Sponsor with a copy of his/her current leasehold contract in order to receive one (1) year’s worth of rent. If Grand Prize winner is not a current leaseholder, he/she must provide a signed and notarized affidavit stating such fact. One (1) year’s worth of rent will be awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $10,000.

One (1) First Prize: A trip for two to the United States Virgin Islands including round-trip, coach class, air transportation from a major Gateway airport closest to winner’s home (valued up to $1,500), 8-day, 7-night, double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the 4-star Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort (valued up to $2,500), $500 in certificates for dining & activities, and a $3,000 credit from Diamonds International at a jewelry store on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands (valued up to $3,000). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $7,500.

Five (5) Honorable Mention Prizes: A $100 Visa® debit card. ARV $100/ea.
