Radio Disney’s Get Animated with Phineas and Ferb and Build Your Own Vacation Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : During the period commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., August 01, 2010, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., September 26, 2010 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell or more than one person use the same Address / Cell , only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of fifty-seven (57) Entries per entrant during the Entry Period); only one (1) SMS Text Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of fifty-seven (57) Entries per entrant during the Entry Period); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 Entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of fifty-seven hundred (5,700) Entries per entrant during the Entry Period). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive an opportunity to create his/her own vacation to the destination city of his/her choice for the Winner and three (3) guests (“Group”). In addition, the Winner’s likeness (“Likeness”) will be animated into a Phineas & Ferb episode! The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] a check in the amount of $10,000 for the planned vacation and [2] the opportunity for the Likeness to be animated into an episode of Phineas & Ferb. There are no other prizes. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Winner will need to provide a photo to Sponsor in order to have his/her Likeness animated into an episode of Phineas & Ferb; the airing of the Phineas & Ferb episode is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed by October 27, 2010, after which no alternate Winner will be selected, nor unclaimed prize awarded.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $10,000.
