Radio Disney I Want It All Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Radio Disney I Want It All Sweepstakes is open only to persons 14 or younger upon entering who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states or D.C. (collectively, “Territory”).

Promotion Period : You may enter the Radio Disney I Want It All Sweepstakes in one of two (2) ways during the period beginning at 3:00 A.M., February 16, and ending at 3:00 P.M., February 26, 2009 (”Entry Period”)

How To Enter :  Visit http://radio.disney.go.com/win/listen_to_win.html, and follow the directions.

Limit :  Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address, only one (1) Online Entry per person/Address per Day is permitted (a maximum of eleven (11) per entrant during the Entry Period) and only one hundred (100) On-air Entries per person per Day are permitted (a maximum of eleven hundred (1,100) per entrant during the Entry Period).

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:  The winner (”Winner”) will have the option to select either one of the following prizes:

OPTION 1: prize consisting of two elements:  [1] Check for $10,000 and [2]one (1) copy of the High School Musical 3: Senior Year on Disney’s Blu-Ray DVD (”Disney DVD”) (approximate retail value ["ARV"]: $10,025)
or
OPTION 2: prize of a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (Winner, one Parent and two other travel companions) (”Group”) to Hollywood, CA (”City”) (”Trip”). Trip will consist of the following elements for the Group [1] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room, quadruple occupancy, including room tax); [2] one (1) $5,000 shopping spree in the City; [3] one (1) Disney DVD; [4] if Winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major Southern California airport and [5] airport/hotel transfers.  ARV: $10,025
