Quality Hotels Wake Up To Everything You Expect Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence.

Promotion Period : The Quality Hotels Wake Up To Everything You Expect Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on September 14, 2009, at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on October 11, 2009 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

First Prizes: There will be three (3) first prizes (each a “First Prize”) awarded, each consisting of the following: one (1) Choice Hotels Gift Card redeemable for a 2 night stay at a participating Quality Inn or other Choice brand hotel, Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to First Prize Winner or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), a Quality Inn gift bag with products from Choice Hotels®, and eight thousand (8,000) Choice Privileges points. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is Eight Hundred Forty Dollars ($840.00). Total ARV of all First Prizes is Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,520.00).

Second Prizes: There will be twenty-nine (29) second prizes (each a “Second Prize”) awarded, each consisting of the following: a Quality Inn gift bag with products from Choice Hotels and a “Wake Up With Al” coffee tumbler. The ARV of each Second Prize is One Hundred Seven Dollars ($107.00). Total ARV of all Second Prizes is Three Thousand One Hundred Three Dollars ($3,103.00).

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”), awarded consisting of the following: a cash award in the amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) (awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and one (1) Grand Prize vacation package (the “Grand Prize Vacation Package”). The Grand Prize Vacation Package will consist of one (1) Choice Hotels Gift Card redeemable for a 2 night stay at a participating Choice Hotels property in New York, New York, a Quality Inn gift bag with products from Choice Hotels and a private tour of the “Wake Up with Al” studio and “Today Show” studio. The ARV of the Grand Prize is Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($25,600.00).
