Promotion Period : Begins at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on July 6, 2012 and ends at 3:00 p.m. CT on October 1, 2012 (“Promotion Period”).

INSTANT-WIN GAME: Eighty Eight (88; 1 per Day) Instant-Win Prizes: Each Instant-Win Prize winner will receive a Nook TabletTM, pre-loaded with a minimum of $22 worth of apps. ARV of each Instant-Win Prize: $221.

CONTEST: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize which may be used towards creating a “Quaker Power Their Potential” unique, hands-on experience that inspires your child to be whatever
occupation he/she wants to be. The cash prize will be awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner. ARV of each Grand Prize: $5,000.
