Eligibility : OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN THE STATE OF AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WV, or WI THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

Prize (s) :

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to New Orleans, LA to attend Super Bowl XLVII scheduled to occur in February of 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”). Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from an airport nearest the winner’s U.S. home to New Orleans, LA, two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for four (4) nights, four (4) tickets to the Game, four (4) tickets to the Pepsi® Super Bowl Party (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), ground transportation between airport (in New Orleans), hotel, Game and Event, $500 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) and four (4) gift bags (“Super Bowl Trip Prize”). Estimated retail value:  up to $14,000 depending upon winner’s point of travel origin. Prize winner may select a cash option in the amount of $8,000 in lieu of the Super Bowl Trip Prize. The cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize cash option: $8,000.
