OfficeMax Money Talks Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The OfficeMax Money Talks Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The OfficeMax Money Talks Sweepstakes begins on September 6, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (”Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.OfficeMax.com, and, if you are a new user, complete and submit the registration form to create a new account, including first and last name, zip code and a valid email address. If you are a returning user, log in to your OfficeMax.com account. Then, follow the links and instructions to find a product that you have purchased or used and click the “write a review” or ¿write the first review¿ link.

Limit : One (1) rating or review per product per person. Each entrant may receive ten (10) entries per Entry Period for a total of eighty (80) entries during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be: $10,000.

Secondary Prizes: Eight (8) First Prizes: Details and Approximate Retail Values (”ARV”) in table above. The odds of winning a prize in the Secondary Drawing are based on the number of eligible entries received through this Creative Presentation only.
