Eligibility : CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO NATURAL PERSONS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN ONE (1) OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OR OLDER.

Promotion Period :  Nobody’s Gonna Lay A Finger On My Butterfinger Video Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/21/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 8/25/09 (“Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Log on to www.protectyourbutterfingerbar.com (“Web Site”) and  follow the instructions

Limit :  You can enter up to four (4) Entries; however, you can only enter once per category and each Entry must be sufficiently different from each other (as determined by Sponsor), meet the requirements stated in these rules, and be submitted separately.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $25,000 awarded in the form of a check. Grand Prize winner may have his/her Entry featured in one :15 (fifteen) second commercial, on www.Butterfingercomedynetwork.com, and in various other online venues, all at Sponsor’s discretion. Grand Prize winner will also receive a one (1) year supply of BUTTERFINGER® candy bars (three hundred sixty five (365) coupons each good for a FREE 2.1 oz candy bar, up to $.79) (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $25,288.35 total).

Three (3) First Prize winners will receive $1,000 awarded in the form of a check and a one (1) year supply of BUTTERFINGER® candy bars (three hundred sixty five (365) coupons each good for a FREE 2.1 oz candy bar, up to $.79) ( ARV $1,288.35).
