Eligibility : Newman’s Own Summer Lovin’ Recipe Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Newman’s Own Summer Lovin’ Recipe Contest begins on July 10, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on October 10, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit http://allrecipes.promo.eprize.com/newmansown and follow the links and instructions to register for the Contest.

Limit : You may submit one (1) Submission per each Category during the Submission Phase.

Contest:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES: $250 cash and a Newman’s Own gift basket (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $275.

Sweepstakes:
ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: $500 cash. ARV: $500
